ご入会条件

Enrollment Requirements

■スクールのビジョン、教育目標にご共感いただき、スクールと協力し合い、共に子どもたちを育むことをご希望されるご家庭であること
■お子様の年齢が入会時に満5.5歳に達していること

■A family who agrees and understands the school philosophy and wishes to cooperate with the school members to nurture children.
■Children are at the age of 5.5year old when entering

■水筒、ペットボトルなど（スクールのウォーターサーバーでいつでも補給可能です）

■GENSEKIセット一式（レッスン着、ダンスシューズ、教材）
※レッスン着がサイズアウトした場合には追加でご購入いただけます。

■Water bottle, Bottled Water/Tea (Children are allowed to refill bottles from the dispenser anytime during the day)
■Writing utensils
■GENSEKI kit (dance wear, dance shoes, textbooks)
　※If your child grows out of the provided dance wear, you can purchase a new one anytime

連絡ツールについて

Communication Tools

レッスンについてのご連絡やお知らせ、お子さまのスクール入退出や、バスの追跡、欠席の連絡はスマートフォンで使える連絡ツール「れんらく」を作成し使用いたします。
写真や動画の共有はGoogle Photoを使用します。
お送りしました写真および動画につきましては、SNS上で発信なさらないようにお願いしております。

We use the smartphone app「れんらく」for school communications. This includes lessons updates, important announcements, notifications of your child’s arrival and departure, bus tracking, and absence reporting. For sharing photos and videos, we use Google Photos. We kindly ask that you do not repost any shared photos or videos on personal social media platforms.

お月謝について

Monthly Tuition

■１ヶ月分のお月謝の請求となります。請求書が発行されましたら翌月26日に銀行口座より引き落としとなります。
　※万が一引き落としができかねた場合、月末までに銀行振込をお願いいたします、振込手数料は振込人の負担となります。
■一度納入されたお月謝に関しましては、いかなる場合も返金ができませんのでご留意ください。
■おやつ代はお月謝の請求に含まれております。
　※発表会などイレギュラーなご請求がある場合には別途都度お知らせいたします。
■指定の期日迄にお支払いがない場合には退会をお願いする場合がございます。

■Tuition is billed monthly, Once the invoice is issued, the amount will be automatically withdrawn from your registered bank account on the 26th of the following month.
　※If the automatic withdrawal fails for any reason, please complete the payment via bank transfer by the end of the month. Please note that the transfer fee will be the responsibility of the payer.
■Please note that tuition fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
■The snack fee is included in the monthly tuition.
　※If there are any irregular charges (e.g., for recitals or special events), we will inform you in advance.
■If payment is not received by the specified deadline, we may ask you to withdraw from the program.

おやつについて

Snacks

■毎日のおやつはスクールより提供され、毎月のお月謝に含まれています。
■アレルギー等がある場合にはスクールで対応いたしますので事前に必ずお知らせください。
　※アレルギーによるおやつのご持参については別途必ずお知らせください。

■Daily snacks are provided by the school and are included in the monthly tuition.
■If your child has any allergies, please be sure to inform us in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.
　※If your child needs to bring their own snacks due to allergies, please inform us separately.

レッスン中のけが・病気について

Injuries and Illnesses During Lessons

■発熱や急な体調不良、大きな怪我をした場合、緊急連絡先にご連絡いたしますので速やかにお迎えをお願いしております。尚、緊急時にはスクールの判断で、病院に行くこともございます。
■レッスン中に当スクール側の故意または重大な過失に起因する場合を除いては、事故及び怪我が発生した場合（スクール生徒の疾病によって発生した事故も含む）の一切の責任を当スクールは負わないものとする。

■If your child develops a fever, becomes suddenly unwell, or sustains a serious injury, we will contact the registered emergency contact number and ask that your child be picked up as soon as possible. In case of an emergency, the school may take your child to the hospital at its own discretion.
■The school shall not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during lessons (including those resulting from illness of another student), except in cases where the school is found to have acted with intent or gross negligence.

休会・退会について

Leaves of Absence and Withdrawal

■上記の変更をご希望の場合は、前月10日までにお知らせの上、書類にご記入ください。
■休会は１週間単位で可能です。その場合の料金は週割りとなります。
■退会時に月謝の未納金がある場合には最終支払日迄に一括のお振込をお願いいたします。
■再三の注意にもかかわらず規約及びクラスルールを守らない場合や、スクールの秩序を乱す行為があった場合は退会していただく場合がございます。(保護者及び生徒含む)
※保護者様同士のトラブルやスクール外でのお子さま同士のトラブルについての一切の責任を当スクールは負わないものとする。
尚、スクールやクラスに係るトラブルや問題が発生した場合は直接スクールまでご連絡ください。第三者を踏まえて解決する場合があります。

■If you wish to make any of the above changes, please notify us and submit the required form by the 10th of the previous month.
■Leaves of absence can be taken in one-week units. In such cases, tuition will be calculated on a weekly pro-rated basis.
■If any monthly fees remain unpaid at the time of withdrawal, please transfer the full remaining balance by the final payment due date.
■If a student or parent repeatedly violates school policies or class rules despite multiple warnings, or engages in behavior that disrupts the school environment, the school reserves the right to request withdrawal from the program.
　※The school bears no responsibility for disputes between parents or between students that occur outside of school.
　※If you experience any issues related to the school or class, please contact the school directly. In some cases, a third party may be involved to help resolve the issue.

振替について

Make-Up Lessons

■振替をご希望の場合は、休んだ週の金曜日までにご連絡いただき、次の週の振替日を設定します。
■振替は休んだ日の翌週までとします。
■原則として振替は月に3回までとします。
■当日欠席の場合も振替は受け付けております。

■If you wish to schedule a make-up lesson, please contact us by the Friday of the week your child will be absent. We will arrange a rescheduled date for the following week.
■Make-up lessons must be scheduled by the end of the week following the absence.
■In principle, make-up lessons are limited to three times per month.
■We also accept make-up lessons in the case of same-day absences.

個人情報の取り扱いについて

Handling of Personal Information

■ご記入いただいた個人情報は、（株）GENSEKIのプライバシーポリシーに基づき厳重に保管・管理いたします。
■尚、レッスン中に撮影した写真や動画については、当校のパンフレットやホームページに掲載する場合がございます。ご了承ください。
■GENSEKIから共有されるお子様の写真や動画を無断でSNS等に掲載することが無いようご留意ください。

■The personal information you provide will be securely stored and managed in accordance with GENSEKI Inc.’s Privacy Policy.
■Please note that photos and videos taken during lessons may be used in our school’s brochures or on our website.
■Please kindly ensure that any photos or videos of your child provided by GENSEKI are not shared on social media or other public platforms without prior authorization.

天変地異、地震等災害時の対応について

Response to Natural Disasters and Emergences（Including Earthquakes and Typhoons）

■台風等警報が発令された場合、臨時休校とする場合があります。その場合共通連絡ツールにてご連絡いたします。尚、臨時休講による振替レッスンはございませんのでご留意ください。
　※お子さまの通う学校が休校の場合であっても、スクール解放の時間帯に安全だと判断した場合には開校いたします。
■原則スクール待機を基本としますが、状況に応じて、避難所に行く場合がございます。
避難場所：洗足池公園一帯

■If a typhoon or other weather warning is issued, the school may close temporarily. In such cases, we will notify you via the school’s communication app.
　※Please note that make-up lessons will not be provided for temporary closure.
■Even if your child’s regular school is closed, we will open GENSEKI if we determine that it safe to operate during our scheduled hours.
■In principle, children will remain at school. However, depending on the situation, we may evacuate to the designated evacuation site below:
