During university, I worked as a bilingual instructor at an English school for about two years,
teaching
students aged 3 to 30. I designed lessons tailored to different ages and proficiency levels.
After graduating in 2018, I spent about five years as a bilingual and native instructor at an
after-school English program and an international preschool. I served as both a homeroom teacher
and
team coordinator. As a homeroom teacher, I taught English reading, writing, listening, and speaking,
as
well as math, science, art, music, and dance.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, I taught Japanese and Japanese culture to children aged 6 to 12 at a

Yes, it is possible. We accept applications starting from a minimum of three
days per week.
使用する英語カリキュラムなどはありますか？
Is there a specific English curriculum used at GENSEKI?
Big English(Pearson社)などのテキストを使用しながら独自カリキュラムをご用意しております。詳しくはカリキュラムページをご確認ください。
We have our own original curriculum while also using textbooks such as Big
English (by Pearson). For further information please refer to the curriculum
page.
Make-ups for absences are available. In principle, make-up lesson will be
scheduled for the week following your child’s absence, with a limit of three times per month. If a make-up
lesson cannot be arranged, we will provide lesson details through the communication app, allowing your
child
to review and practice at home.
Please have your child wear the GENSEKI uniform purchased at the time of enrollment.
Note: The uniform is only required for dance lessons. For size changes, please contact the school.

Please notify us of your child’s absence via the shared app.
We do not offer a separate seasonal schedule. Operations, including pick-up and drop-off, will follow the
regular schedule. If your child attends an after-school program affiliated with their elementary school,
we
can arrange pick-up from that location.
We do not offer extended hours for our curriculum. The program is from 1:30PM to 6:30PM, and we offer 3 bus slots for taking students home (6:00PM,6:30PM, 7PM)
